LabSolutions is Shimadzu´s software series for chromatography (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS). The unified graphical interface makes it easy to work with Shimadzu chromatography products.

The GCsolution and GCMSsolution software is the perfect partner for the Shimadzu GC and GCMS product range. The GCsolution controls the GC-2010 Plus and GC-2014 as well as the previous models GC-2010, GC-14 and GC-17. The GCMSsolution controls the new GCMS-QP2010 Ultra and SE models as well as the previous models GCMS-QP2010 Plus GCMS-QP2010S.

GCMSsolution features a user-friendly interface that allows operating the system intuitively and an ample collection of Wizard functions that assists in entering parameters. This ensures that even first-time users can navigate operations. It offers a generous array of features, such as an automatic retention time adjustment function, outstanding ease-of-operation that allows identifying multiple components more efficiently, and a report creation function that offers a high degree of freedom in formatting reports.

GCMSsolution Features

• Automatic Retention Time Adjustment Function (AART)
  Equipped with AART function, the retention times of multiple analytes can be easily and accurately adjusted as column age and length change.
• Automatic Scan/SIM Parameter Creation Function (COAST)
  Method files for simultaneous scan/SIM measurement can be created automatically from method files for scan measurement.
• Component Identification Assist Function
  This function allows comparing chromatograms from multiple sets of data, such as data from samples with standard substances added or GC detector measurement data, by displaying them on the same screen to help identify components quickly and accurately.
• Similarity Search Function Based on Retention Indices
  In addition to searches based on mass spectra similarity, searches can be further refined based on retention indices. This ensures components can be identified even among compounds with similar mass spectra.
• Highly Flexible Report Customization
  Chromatograms, spectra, quantitation results, or a variety of other report items can be freely laid out in any location or size. This allows creating a report format that is tailored to what you want.
• GLP/GMP Support
  The software is fully equipped with security, audit trail, hardware/software verification and QA/QC functions for GLP/GMP compliance.
• Quantitation Browser with Multianalyte Quantitation Function
  This browser allows easily loading large quantities of analytical results and performing quantitative calculations for all the data at the same time or adjusting or confirming chromatograms for identified components. It also allows printing area values, concentration values, and other quantitation results, which can improve the efficiency of quality control processes.
